registered with various government bodies governing the trade of
pawnbrokers, liquidators and registered dealers of high value pre-owned
timepieces and jewelries. Our directors / managers are registered with the
respective authorities and hold proper licenses from law enforcement
agencies to deal with pre-owned timepieces and jewelries and are required by
law to carry out their duties in a diligent manner.

Quality Luxury
Timepieces – Watches are Original and Authentic Timepieces described to the
last detail. No hidden facts or important details are omitted. All serial
and model numbers, hallmarks and markings available, with the exception of
some very old antique timepieces or over-polished watches are clearly shown
in pictures. Original eBay listings and pictures will continue to be
available for up to 90 days maximum permitted by eBay. Listings' details and
pictures will not be removed after auction end.
Secure Payment –
All bank wire payments are made to our company’s HSBC account in Singapore.
Payments are traceable and direct. Special tie-up with HSBC allows us to
monitor all incoming wire on hourly basis during working hours. Buyers will
never be told that payment had not been received or missing if our bank
details provided by us are forwarded to their bank for bank wire
transfer.
Full Logistical
Support – Your parcel will be dispatched immediately to our shipper for
shipping with the correct timepiece inside once payment is received.
Insurers will double check the contents of the parcel before it is released
for international shipment fully insured and covered. Full tracking details
will be provided and our in-house staff will track the parcel till it is
delivered to the buyer safe and sound. Majority of our buyers receive their
item hassle free and without much additional tax except for a few rare
occasions where buyers are taxed a small amount of euro 30 or less. Buyers
can rest assure that we have specialists tracking their parcel and assisting
them with their purchase until the timepiece reaches their hands.
Warranty And
Support – We have our own in-house watch technicians and experts with proper
tools and original manufacture parts to back our 18 months warranty provided
to the buyer. We are stockist for Original manufacture parts and have
comprehensive Rolex and major Swiss watchmakers' manufacture parts. We will
be able to fix any problems that arise within the warranty period and have
the timepiece returned to the customer with the full logistical support as
mentioned above.
