Introduction
Hello! Welcome to my eBay me page. I joined eBay in 1999 and I am pretty much addicted to it until now. It is a great online marketplace to find items that are not available in where I live. I love collecting Hermès and Louis Vuitton items especially those which are not available for sale at the boutiques, i.e. VIP gifts, limited edition items, special items produced as commemorative souvenirs, etc.

Before bidding on any of my auction...
Please read the entire information provided in the auction description because it will help you to understand the item you are bidding on. If there is anything that you are unsure of, please ask before bidding and I would be happy to help. Basically, I am an easy person to work with but I will not in any circumstances carry out any request and I am not obliged to do so when there is no prior arrangement made. From time to time, I may modify listing prices according to fluctuation of foreign currency exchange rate.
I will not hesitate to file an unpaid item strike on eBay for buyers who do not pay for the purchase and I do not leave room for excuses. I do not issue refunds for whatsoever reasons so make sure that you want the item before you place bid.

Buying and Selling
You will find a variety of items, which are being put up on my auctions. Most of them are in new and unused condition. All brand name items are from my personal collection. They are guaranteed 100% authentic so you do not have to worry about anything. I do not recycle picture(s) so buyer will get exact item as shown. As a member of Louis Vuitton MPRS and ALVA, I only sell 100% authentic Louis Vuitton items.
Important notice: I reserve all rights to end the auction early and to cancel any unwanted bids from my auctions without any notice. Bidders with zero ('0') feedback or with excessive negative feedback are encouraged to contact me prior placing their bids. Otherwise, the bids will be cancelled. A few bad apples have spoiled the whole bunch so I must do this in order to protect my auctions.

Feedback on eBay
Some people may not be bothered about feedback but I do take it as an important indicator for trading business online. Feedback profile is the only way for people to find out how reliable you are as a buyer or as a seller. So, if you are happy with your purchase, do not forget to leave feedback at the end of transaction. I have set up a back-end server that will automatically post feedback within 24 hours when buyers left it for me. This is to ensure that I do not miss out anything.

Payment
For convenience, I can accept payment both in US Dollar (US$) and Singapore Dollar (S$) currencies. Please check auction listing for more information on payment methods.

Shipping and Packaging
All packages are shipped from Singapore. Unless there is a specific requirement, packages are shipped through Singapore Postal (SingPost) Service via registered airmail with signature required upon receipt to ensure safe delivery. Insurance is optional but highly recommended, as I am not responsible for lost mail. Once a package is out in the mail, I will no longer have control of it. Shipping methods available are:
- Regular airmail, which usually takes 7-10 business days
- Registered airmail, which usually takes 10-12 business days
- EMS SpeedPost with tracking number, which usually takes 3-4 business days to major cities around the world
- Courier service, i.e. FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc
Delivery time is not guaranteed and may vary for each country. At certain time of the year (e.g. Christmas Day), it may take longer to receive a package when postal service is experiencing a heavy load in delivery.

Custom tax or Duty Fee
For international shipment, whenever possible packages are always declared as a 'gift' with a reasonable value so buyers need not pay for custom tax or duty fee. In this case, insurance is no longer possible. Please send me an e-mail if you have any specific request for the custom declaration form.

Do not illegally use image or text from my auction in one form or another. I spend time and effort to write and create the text and images for my auction. Hence, please have a courtesy to notify me if you really must use something from my auction for yours. Although there is no rules or means to prevent illegal copying on the internet, I will not hesitate to take appropriate actions against unethical sellers who I find copying my text and images for their auction without permission. Any violation of copyright will be reported to Safe Harbor.
