Shipping Rate Table:

 

Combined rates are for orders only if paid for in one transaction, within a 5 day time period of purchase of the first item. We will not combine any orders past this time frame. No exceptions.

Please note: The following table does not apply to items marked as clearance items. These items are identified as such in the upper portion in each listing and state that combined shipping is not available.

 

Faster shipping options are available. You have to request an invoice offering alternate shipping options before sending payment.

 

Always request a final total before sending payment for multiple items, as we have to adjust your invoice manually. If you pay for an item seperately, we will ship it seperately and we are no longer able to apply a combined shipping rate.

 

Explanation of shipping @ handling charges:

Our s/h (shipping and handling) consists of the actual postage charged by USPS, the cost of shipping and packaging materials, a flat rate per item charged for man-hours, our overhead cost. For domestic sales, in certain cases we offer shipping specials where these charges are waived under certain conditions.

International / Canadian s/h: The handling fee here is higher, simply because international shipments require more paperwork for us = more man-hours to pack and process. Also these shipments have to be manually dropped of at the post office, which requires additional time, gas etc.

S/h charges are never refundable.

As USPS increases their rates, we will have to slowly adjust ours. In some listings you may still find s/h charges based on USPS last years rates, we simply have not gotten around to changing these, good for youJ

 

 

ITALIAN BUYERS!

Due to Italian Custom Regulations, we cannot send shoes to Italy

We will only ship to countries in which USPS Express mail is offered as a shipping option by the U.S. Postal Service. If your country is not on this list, we will only ship if you pay by non-electronic payment method such as money order.

One more thing in regards to international shipments:

We will NOT mark your shipment as a gift and we will NOT write a lower value on the customs declaration form! We will disclose the full value of the shipment on the customs document as well as the correct nature of the shipment (merchandise). Because we have to insure your express shipment for the full amount in order to be able to claim the full amount in case of loss or damage, we will write the actual amount on all customs forms.

Due to recent USPS rate changes, shipping rates for international sales have increased drastically. Some listings may still show the old rates which do no longer apply. The updated shipping rates are as per table below. Payments made with incorrect shipping rates will be refunded back to you. Since we as the seller are held responsible for the merchandise until it arrives overseas, we now only use International Express because it is the only shipping method available that offers online tracking and proof of delivery.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges:

 

 

 

Jewelry Items:

 

For health reasons only unopened merchandise can be returned and refunded. Please make arrangements for returns within 3 days!!!! after receipt of the merchandise (customersupport@bizarrejewels.com). Refunds (for items "not liked") will be made deducting shipping and handling charges, all charges connected with the listing and selling of the item plus a 10% restocking fee. For items returned later than 10 business days after receipt, there is an additional 15% restocking fee. For items returned without original packaging or in tampered with condition (sometimes people just disregard our policy stating no returns on opened merchandise...), we will charge a $3.50 repackaging fee.

Please make contact preferably by email within 3 days of receipt to obtain a RAN before returning an item. The RAN must be marked on the outside of the returning package. All packages without an RAN marked on them will be refused.

The item is made of Swarovski rhinestones not by Swarovski. Please check your shipment immediately, it is your responsibility to make sure the item is in good condition before opening it. We cannot be held responsible later for damage of goods resulting from misuse or carelessness. Jewelry items are very delicate and should be treated as such. These items are designed to be accessories, and are subject to damage if mistreated. If by mistake, you should receive a wrong item, you will be able to determine this by looking at it through the closed plastic packaging. There is no need to open it. We will exchange this item if you leave it in its sealed packaging. If it is removed from the plastic it can no longer be exchanged. Damaged items can be only exchanged, no refunds, and must be in unopened packaging

We will ship your item within 48 business hours upon receipt of your instant payment. In order for an item to be shipped the next business day, payment has to be received by 6 pm eastern time the previous day. Since we do not ship on Saturdays items paid for after 6 pm eastern time on Thursday, will not go out until the following Monday or next business day, in case that Monday falls on a postal holiday. International orders are shipped each Tuesday and Friday.

Please make sure your email address and mailing address is updated with ebay and paypal. WE WILL NOT ALTER THE SHIP TO ADDRESS INDICATED WITH YOUR PAYPAL PAYMENT. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THIS INFORMATION IS CORRECT. WE WILL ONLY SHIP TO YOUR CONFIRMED ADDRESS IN PAYPAL.

Non Paying Bidders:

This has become a real annoying problem. If you bid on an item you are entering a legally binding contract, as pointed out to you by ebay before pressing the "confirm bid" button. If your payment has not been made after 7 days, we will file an unpaid item dispute with ebay. Not to be mean, but because it costs us fees to list and to sell. So, your bid will result in fees for us! Buyers that will absolutely not pay will be pursued outside of ebay. Your information for the unpaid transaction will be forwarded to collection
