1.What do I do after end of auction?

Please use eBay checkout to pay by paypal. If you are bidding on our other auctions, please wait to pay all items together. If you don't know how much is the total shipping, please send a total request to us. If you have special instructions or different shipping address, please include your instructions in paypal note. Paypal note is a better way to remind us when we print shipping labels.

2.I am bidding on several items, can I wait for the items end to send payment?

Yes, it's better to send one payment to get combine shipping fee discount. We can wait 7 days from the first auction won.

3. What payments do you accept?

We accept paypal, bidpay, online credit card, international money order, Western Union, Bank transfer, small amount of cash by registered mail. We don't accept postal money order, we don't accept personal check less than $20. Personal check may take 30 days to clear. Buyers who send international money order or personal check, please make sure there is NO mistake or correction on the name, date, amount etc. Any mistakes on check bank won't accept it and will cause delay to receive your item. Please include item number or ebay ID with your payment.

4. Do you take credit card by phone?

No, we don't take credit cards by phone. If you want to pay by credit card, please send us a message you want to pay by credit card. We will send you a secure link to pay by credit card online.

5. Within how many days should I send the payment?

Payment must be sent within 7 days after the winning bid, unless timeframe is expressly extended by seller. We will send payment reminder and file ebay unpaid report if payment is not received in a certain period.

6. How can I find what I am looking for?

If you know what you are looking for simply enter the keyword or product code of the item in the search box. You may also search for an item by exclude some words. e.g. I want to search only ivory netsuke exclusive wood, then put "ivory netsuke -wood" in our store search box.

7. Are my online purchases subject to sales tax?

No, there is no sales tax required. Buyers may responsible for their country customs tax if there is any.

8.Where do you ship to?

We ship to worldwide, shipping fee is the same by air mail.

9.How do you calculate combine shipping fee?

In the item description, there are single item shipping fee and combine shipping fee stated. If you buy more than one item, choose a single shipping fee, and add he rest item's combine shipping fee. e.g. 1 wood netsuke shipping fee is $7, combine shipping add $1, 1 snuff bottle shipping fee is $8, combine shipping add $2. Total shipping fee for the 2 items = $8+$1=$9.

10. I want to get the item by this date, do you offer other faster shipping methods?

Yes, we offer EMS(4-6 days, about $20 extra), DHL or Fedex (3-5 days, about $30 extra) upon request.

11. When will my order been shipped out?

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days after payment received. We will send shipping notification email by eBay system when we pack the items.

12. Do you offer local pick up?

No, we do not offer local pick up. All orders are sent by mail.

13. Can I have several items of a same order sent to different shipping addresses?

Unfortunately our system does not allow us to do so. However, you may submit your orders separately and enter a different address for each new order.

14. What is your return policy?

We offer replacement or refunds on defective items within 30 days of shipment. All returns are subject to prior approval by our customer service department. Please note that the shipping fees will not be refunded.
