We deliver Worldwide

We offer a full and comprehensive international worldwide delivery service to every country in the world with only one exception of Italy.

All our products are shipped directly from Thailand via the local postal service; (except for large items which are delivered via freight) The Thai postal system is very reliable and efficient. The service is closed on Sundays plus all public holidays therefore no products can be shipped during these times. All Shipping and handling costs are in US Dollars unless otherwise stated.

Every item will be shipped out via Registered Airmail within 1-2 days after receiving payment. Delivery time is 2-4 weeks on all items unless otherwise stated. Please Note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods. Items shipped to France, Spain and Italy may take up to 6 weeks to arrive.

Shipping and Packaging costs are based on the total weight of your order. We provide combined shipping discounts for multiple purchases of products in the same bid cycle of 10% combined shipping discount, Shipping Insurance included free, on all items, please note we are not responsible if items are damaged during transit and no refund will be given, please also note that the insurance included only covers items lost during transit.

All our products leave Thai Craft Store in A1 condition and are packaged to a high standard. We use sturdy durable new boxes, and every product is wrapped in bubble wrap.

If for some reason, you are not happy with your purchase please contact us first, then return the item to us within 14 days of receipt; please note the customer is liable for all return shipping costs. A full refund will be given less 15% restock fee, off the total cost of the product. Refunds will not be accepted if the item has been worn, or is damage.
